The Crimson ProjeKCt tour dates

The Crimson ProjeKCt announce extensive tour dates for 2014 as well as a new live album to coincide with the tour…

Following the recent announcements that a new configuration of King Crimson will tour North America in the Fall of 2014 we in The Crimson ProjeKCt felt that it would be helpful to clarify our status and plans, in order to avoid any potential confusion between the two bands: The Crimson ProjeKCt consists of Adrian Belew’s Power Trio (with Tobias Ralph and Julie Slick) together with Stick Men (Tony Levin, Pat Mastelotto and Markus Reuter). With three King Crimson members involved our concerts feature a set from each trio culminating in an extended encore of King Crimson music performed by the six-piece.

The Crimson ProjeKCt already have an extensive tour booked for 2014 that will cover Australia, New Zealand, Central Europe, Russia and Israel. All members are committed to this project, and we hope audiences will continue to support us during what will be our biggest tour with this line-up to date.

We’ve never hidden the fact that we are an entirely separate entity to King Crimson, albeit a closely related one. We’re all delighted that Robert Fripp is once again in “go mode” and look forward to what will be a bumper year for Crimson fans. We hope that audiences will enjoy all the upcoming tours. We certainly will!
